If you do the crime, you have to do the time....this isn't about race, entirely, if they had better lawyers they probably could have had a lighter sentence, but if you do something, being white, black, brown, yellow, or whatever you want to call yourself, you have to face the consequences.

There are two local black police officers, that I have seen with my own two eyes, that are racist. They get called out for some reason, march through a crowd of white guys to the one lone black guy - who didn't do anything and is hanging around to be a witness - and slam him on the ground, calling him a ------. They don't have to ask what's going on, they just know.

So, it's not just "cops," with the implication "white" in there anywhere.

The black guy in the case says he forgives the white kids who jumped him. and BD gave a fine civilized reply. so I dont see your need to bring up anything about slavery, or black people being whiney about everything. I quit playing the racist card sooo long ago man. I just learn to deal with it and move on with my life. Only one person in my life has actually came up to me and called me ------ and that was in high school. I don't go around saying "the white man is holding me down" and i dont' go blaming other races with my problems. Its funny how the person who posted this is saying how black people complaining about this ---- but your the one posting how its wrong how those white kids are getting treated badly for beating up one guy. Um that was a crime. You commit a crime and get caught you pay for it.

And the reason JD I said that was cause he was showing hate to him cuz he was black when he was the victim :(

Blaming and complaining about color is old and i hear it more in this thread then i do outside the net really. Its like 2006 and some people wants to still stay in 1956. :l

The sad thing in my opinion is that being 2006 people still bring this ---- up. It's not going to happen but if everybody would forget about skin colors, ---- like this would not happen, ever. But because the human race is so ignorant, they will keep this going forever.

All the white's coming in here an complaining are just like all the blacks, hispanics, asians, middle eastern, bastards that use the race card to excuse, complain, or hide behind their acts.

Sometimes it happens, and you have to deal with it. It will be fun when, and it's part of the historical cycle, the US is no longer the superpower and the americans will have to run to other countries for help.

remember "The day after tomorrow" when everybody was crossing the mexican border, back to mexico, that was funny. Probably none of us will live to see that but it could happen.

Just be a little open minded about things, your life will be better when you stop worrying about the other person and just deal with you and your family.

On a side note, there's really no way to right the wrongs of slavery. You either make financial reparations to the ancestors of those who were slaves (which won't happen) or you ship them all back to their country of origin (which won't happen). Black Dragon is right. Call it a day and move on.

i don't care who is fighting who....black on white, white on black, asians, mexicans, anything.....it doesn't matter! I don't get why people have to be severly brutal to people. If it was for racial reasons, these kids should have their Confederate asses beaten. By the way i say all this and i am white so don't think i'm bias in any way....i have white friends and black friends and i dont think of any of them any differently......people need to be a little more open minded. This case is 100% crap. All I ever see and hear about is how a black guy is gonna get all his cousins and buddies and all this other ---- to go after one guy. I live in a town with plenty of them, don't tell me I'm full of ----. We all know it's the truth, but nobody is brave enough to say it because they're afraid they'll get yelled at for being "stereotypical."

Maybe not all black people are like that, but I've seen enough of this crap to justify the stereotype - and in my mind, it sticks.

So white people do something that wouldn't be uncommon to see in a mall here on a Saturday night and get 2.5 years in prison whereas this ---- happens all the time here and nothing is ever done about it?

Why don't the ------- judges send a point across when the real problem is in court infront of them?
