high doses (20mg+) of melatonin to someone fresh to it has produced sleepwalking, sleeptalking, goofy fucked up lsd style dreams, etc.

know some people who were like, i'll take 5!

makes for exciting stories. who needs roofies when you give them otc dream lsd?

ok well just got off work and im feelin pretty tired and for some reason now when i drink it makes me really anxious i think its cause over the past seven years i have always been high on pills when i drank so it bugs me out for some reason, as for the smoking a b lunt i cant till i get my drug test for work and then that will be on and ill try the melatonin soon maybe that will work and the diphremamin (sp) i have taken that and that ---- does knock me out ill probly take some tonight and ball out

dude i cant play games late at night or i wont sleep if i get occupied on somthing ill keep doing it thats why my wife hates the fact that i like to work on cars if i start somthing i will work till its done spent several nights in the driveway doing swaps till the next day..

I can't sleep worth a ---- either. Maybe 4 hours a night. I have too much on my mind. I write it down and ---- but i'm just curious how ---- will play out and run scenarios through my head all night.
