well ever since i quite popping codein i cant ------- sleep for ---- tonight i got the hook up on some xanex and have taken 4 and that ---- isnt even puting me out any ideas on somthing that will with out a doubt put you out other that more scripts?

Smoke some cannabis and drink some alcohol, you'll go to sleep. If you don't, then you didn't smoke/drink enough.

Or, you could just do what I do, and don't get really any sleep until you are too exhausted not to.
