It really does, though. I hadn't dreamed (or at least remembered any) for years until I popped some melatonin. Very vivid wake-you-up-and-think-a-spontaneously-combusted-jew-is-chasing-you-with-a-rabid-squirrel type ----.

Melatonin FTW! Have to take it and actually try to go to sleep though. If you don't won't know the difference. I've had some dreams so real I start to wonder later was it a dream or did it really happen?

I just drink a bunch of booze, never have problems sleeping after that.

is melatonin supposed to be used to help sleep or is it intended for something else? if so i might have to check gnc for it cause i cant sleep for ---- ever

It never really made me tired, always had to make an effort, but when I did get to sleep, seemed to sleep much better, have more vivid dreams, and wake up feeling more refreshed.
