Finished my HMT paint job.....56k maybe
Well this took me over 3 months to do but I'm pretty lazy, I was only working on it a couple days a week. Let me tell you bodywork/sanding is a pain in the ***, painting it was pretty fun. Turned out ok for my first paint job, could have used more clear but after the 2nd coat I couldn't see or breathe anymore :P. This was all done in a front attached garage with a dinky fan as ventilation. Oh white isn't my first choice of colour but it's the easiest to paint, you see less flaws and blemishes.
Before
Fenders, bumpers and hood came off to make things easier and cleaner
Shaved spoiler, antenna and emblems, done with fibreglass and bondo to smooth it over. We'll see how well that holds out.
I primered the whole car but it's not really neccesary. You just need to primer the bondo spots but I decided to do the whole thing as practice using the gun. Damn primer was messy.
Well here's the end result,it was worth it but it was alot of damn work and a pain in the ***. :1

I just couldn't stand the purple anymore, pretty good sleeper though lol. Still needs to be buffed but I'm just worried that'll I'll burn through it with my power polisher/sander. Also trying to figure out what type of compound I should use to buff it with.
