Well you could always just run like 2 quarts of oil insted of fixing your pan.. that would probably solve the problem =)
I'd definatly just fix your oil pan. Cut off the fitting you have in there, then patch it with a small flat plate and weld over it. Then go to the highest point possible on the pan for your return.

actually... as a french Im not really sure what a ''snout'' is....
im assuming your talking about the 90degree pipe that I welded at the end of the turbo..... and it was a ford pipe....
was just the right size and fitted quite well actually
