500 whp b16a on the 81mm bore it would take 30+psi

You dont need 500 hp.400 and traction in a 2200 lb car=10's

Well my friend is tuned conservatevly on neptune and he is making almnst 300 hp on a d15b so i say get some big injectors and shoot for 500 on like 30 psi on neptune.

sinple you cant lay down 500 whp on a typical fwd with stock style suspension

its just a waste

You will tarp higher but spinning 25's down the track seems cool but your beating up a motor more than it needs to be

400 whp
suspension
clutch
learn to drive

i tuned a turbo gs-r with s2s2's in it, those cams sucked ass.

maybe it was just cause it was a gs-r tho.

vtec at any less than 5800 sucked balls.

Is the ACT stg 3 rated at what it needs to be to hold your power?

no those cams arent for typical street set up

11.5+ compression

again itr/ctr cams are the choice for about every build

i agree w/ Chris, also, those cams need to be taken higher in the RPM's then stock.

thanx for all the imput! 500hp is just a number we pulled out of the hat because of
what we are doing. this is not going to be a DD, its mainly for friday nights and meets
or the ocasional lets go rip some ass on stangs and camaros

chrome is a good management and soon as my son reads more about it maybe he'll agree as far as the cams I do agree on itr n ctr ones but i got such a deal on the skunk2 i couldnt turn them down as far as traction the suspenion is going to be completly redone along with traction bar to eliminate wheel hop

my orignal thought for HP was 350-400 but it is my son that is footing the bill on all the engine parts and i'm footing the bill on suspenion, tranny, and body

thanx again and all coments will be considered any more are welcome
hell this might turn out to be a HMT build by you people and paid for by us

mark

I'll race you in my 98 Grand Prix, bet I win, PINKS!! ;) lol

good luck with the build, not sure why you would dump so much $$ in a 89 though, at least a EG
