I use to have junk food all the time YET I still look skinny, a blood test showed that my cherstrole (spell :P) is extermly ----------ing high and the doctor said either I stop eating junk food and meat or I will need to take some long term pills to lower it, or I will be getting a heart attack sometime down the road for sure :X
Needless to say I completely changed my diet and start eating heathly, it`s been 4 years since it happened and I am plannign to do a test again. Now looking back i didn`t really had a LOT of junk food, but I do have Pepeys couple times a week :8 |

mmm, all this talk of fast food gets me hungry.. Next time you guys are at Jack in the crack, try the Spicy Chicken On Sourdough or Chibiatta Bred w/ Chedder cheese.. mm its good.
