not eventhinking about healthy, look at all the money you can save by cooking.
if i ate out once a day for a month my food costs for the month would prob go up about $200. thats $200 that you could pay off a CC, put in savings, pay a couple more bills, save for a REAL vacation, etc, etc, etc |

I a save a good deal of money by packing my lunch during the week and not eating out.

Chicken breasts frozen are actually kind of pricey. $10 a bag when not on sale for 2.5lbs which is about 10 tenderloin pieces.

I love home-cooked food more than anything. Unfortunately, I am lazy, don't have some chic cookin for me, and hate the time it takes. Usually I end up eating something in a can, or from a fast food place. I hate mcdonalds with a passion, got burned out on it years ago. Subway and quiznos is good :y

and it is because of McDonalds you will die of a heart attack when you are 30. McDonalds is like x-lax for me. 15 minutes after i eat a burger i nearly ---- my pants trying to run up stairs to the bathroom. thats another reason why i stopped eating there. and for those who dont know, trying to justify eatig at MCDonalds by sayign the chicken selects are real chicken is bullshit, they are real but they are also the fattiest thing on thier menu. |
