Default fat food

its a love-hate relationship with me.

on one hand, its fast, cheap, and tastes good

on the other hand, its not at all good for you.

i dunno, i guess all you have to do is find the happy medium.

Tell me about it, I go ta craving for McD's for lunch so I got the ol 2 double cheeseburgers and a small fry. I noticed for the first time the nutritional info is right on the wrapper. 48% of recommended sodium in one double cheeseburger! the rest wasn't too great either but that's just unhealthy.

I think the ---- in the Mc'D's food has to do with the grease. That makes it taste good and be so fattening.

Every fried fast food joint is bad for you. I work at Chicfila on campus and the ------- chicken sandwiches that the girls here are gahgah over because they're "healthier than a burger" have ------- tons of calories and saturated fat. Even the grilled sandwiches are pretty bad since they're still fried just not deep on a machine sprayed down with butter flavored oil. The amount of oil we deal with is ridiculous. Chicken salad sandwiches are made from leftover fried chicken the day before mashed up and mixed with mayo and pickles. So even a chicken salad sandwich is deep fried. I try not to eat the ----, but it's rough when you have to stand there in the middle of it for hours without a break.

It is cheaper to eat bad ---- than it is to eat healthy. I dunno if I can eat Mickey D's anymore after seeing the ebay listing for a year old cheese burger. That ---- looked perfect, I don't think its really food.
