Alright, I am trying to lose some extra beer belly fat and i am not sure which is the best way to go about it. I am strong and am big but i just want to get rid of extra fat. I have looked at bodybuilding.com, but that is not really what i am going for. I have a book by bill philips for a 12 week body makeover, but is there anyway that you guys have noticed of just losin extra weight (like anything you really noticed that has helped you). i Just wanna have it gone when i go back to this girls place in toronto. Should running like 1-3 miles be done in the morning before i start the day or l8er when the day is over?

** there's some calculator that tells you how many calories you need to MAINTAIN your weight, im 5'8" 215 so to maintain i need 3000 calories, eat less and you lose weight
i've been eating mostly fruit, fish, and eggs, with 2 peices of toast in the morning, along with 3 miles of running/fast walking on days I don't work (pretty active job). i've been doing this for a couple weeks now, and have lost 9 pounds.
