also, don't eat 3 meals a day, eat like 6, in small portions. the key is to eat so your not hungry but your never full. if you starve yourself your body switches into storing fats and killing muscles mode
my typical day:
wake up- eggs, toast, OJ
before work- some peanut butter toast and water
lunch break- fruit and a energy drink
after work- fish, fruit, OJ
a few hours before bed- fruit and water

and pee in their butts...
and run later in the day like 4pm or later if you run in the morning you wont work your muscles you will just use the energy that you got from sleeping all night, and there arent a lot of calories to burn off.
so run in the afternoon or evening when you muscles are tiring and you have food energy to waste.

ive lost 20 pounds since ive been in japan...by not drinking as much beer, and cut back on my coke. (im addicted to coke) i also try to somewhat watch what i eat, and i dont eat anything past 7pm. i also do a little exercising
you can loose the fat fast by taking a good fat loss supliment such as lipo6 or something. you still gotta watch what you eat and do some sort of excerise, but it will help you out.

don't eat anything with sugar in it, only fruits. Don't eat bread. Drink water regularly (not obsessively) and get sweaty for 30 mins a day. Keep your breathing and heart rate up as much as comfortably possible throughout the day by "buzzing around" with whatever you do.
