Yea, that damage is minor. They were doing road repair on a major highway and had it cut away before redoing it. Wifes brother was driving along and WHAM. Hit a manhole cover that was sticking up higher than it was suppose to be. Worst part is that he had just got this car on the road, asin, I had just put a swap in it a week prior.

Manhole shattered the oil pan, broke the transmission housing all to hell and bent the radiator support. So your damage is minor.

i got off the phone with the lady a little while ago...
she said i have to bring in id and a reciept along with the name of the road and fill out a claim then it gets sent out and they will contact me....
i'm just going to have my buddy bump the reciept up a little more to pay for the rims i put a deposit on
i'll figure me and the town are even for all the ------- fines i have paid to them.....by now my town should be made up of gold bricks

yea roads here suck this isn't even 1% of the ---- around here....the LIE was ripped up for a good couple of months and the spots where the new road and the ripped up road met were insane-i'm talking like hitting a normal size curb....
