DVD Decoding Software
Just wondering what others are using and how they like it. I use "DVD Shrink" (Free Ware). I'm not to crazy about it cuz you can't just burn just the movie and menu. If you use a DVD Decoding software and like it please let me know.
Thanks for your input,

DVD shrink works like YOU want it if you re-author......
myself.......I rip and burn, can't see a difference on a normal TV.
BTW I get the DVD's FREE from local libary.......
Been ripping 20 per week average.

Re: DVD Decoding Software
I use DVD shrink to compress retail DVD's to fit DVD-5. I use Nero Vision to encode AVI's to DVD (recently did superman returns; Nero to make 2 AVI's into a 8gb DVD, then shrink w/ AEC and in depth analysis, looks good and watchable) For ripping i use DVD Decrypter.
w/ Underworld evolution i had to use AnyDVD to "unlock" the dvd then DVD Decrypter to copy it to the HDD. Removed extra's, menu's and non-english sound tracks and it fit to a DVD-5 w/o shrinking.
I do backups/downloads of DVD's alot, (over 150) and those are the only 3 program's i've ever had to use except the AnyDVD once.
