Default DVD Ripping Software

Anyone have any suggestions? I just got this nice new dvd burner and wanna copy a couple movies. I got nero to do the burning but im looking for some decent (preferably free) software to do the ripping and ----.

Copy to DVD is a good one. It lets you take out the foreign language tracks and the surround options that you don't want to use. Just nice so you can fit them onto a single layer DVD.

nero + dvdshrink is a decent combo, if you run into something you can't copy use dvd decrypter and then dvd shrink... dvd shrink automatically opens nero to burn the dvds... by the way, this has been discussed before, use the search function some

http://www.dvd43free.com gets rid of dvd copy protections and allows you to skip the ripping part.

also, get a copy of the newest (and sadly, last) DVD Decrypter
