take this into consideration.
if there are 13 changes in the picture its no longer yours..( thats the angle on copyrights )
second send a certified letter requesting the pictures be removed from the web site.

1. you have prove its yours... do you have proof.
digital images are easly come by. if its a scanned image then the original should be proof enough.

2. the certified letter. ( as said above ) this tells your grevience. you can only really take legal action after this is happend to show that you the platiff have communicated to the defendant and have proof of that you the owner of said image. Remember to keep a copy of the letter you sent them. Try to be as polite and literate as possbile in your message. almost all leagal actions start with cerfied letters..heheh ( even bluff's )

3. complain the webhost. Piracy is illegal and most web host will void contract on those grounds. ( denial of service ) :o

4. harassing them should stop!!... that is breaking the Law.. and you the individauls could be in some big trouble if this should back fire your faces...
by the way unless your calling from a pay phone in diffrent county then what you live in ( phone numbers are logged on busniess phone service's ) Don't call from your Cell, Don't call from your home, grandma's , nextdoor nieghbor's, girlfriends, your friends, any one you know that could instaly point the finger at you ..etc...

hurassing Email. AKA FLAME Mailing. ( there are proggys for that ;) )

just take moment think what your doing..

ps if you can get the tranfer date in which you uplaoded those pic's of your car from the J body site... or any other site that you may have uploaded them to. ( the first web site in which you uploaded them would be fine. ) that should be proof and i current pic of the car... IE email from the admin saying that the pic transfer date. time. etc. etc..
copy and send that with your certified letter.. this will show them your the right full owner or your ART WORK...
its

i hope this give someone some ideas. ;D

Re:Down with Ground Dynamics...Please help me out

Falken,

Thats some really good info I appreciate that. The pictures are digital images but I only uploaded the lower quality versions so proof woudln't be hard.

Secondlly I've only called them once and I emailed them a couple of times, all were professional when done. In this post I meerly asked people to call or email to help get a response which I could not get, some took it upon their own to go ahead and beyond... I'm not complaining. I understand what your saying though and its slightly worrysome.

I will probably try the certified letter idea. I was unaware if they changed 13 things then the picture was there's but its apparant they have only made a couple changes. They possible cropped the photo a lil, resized it and added their watermark.

I appreciate the advice, that may be my next step. As someone else said I doubt a sueing them is even a possibility now, eventhough I didnt directly email/call them.
