Alright I posted this long ago with no results. For those of you who do not know, a body kit manufacturer is using pictures of my car to advertise their product. My kits not made by them and I'm not getting anything for this either.

The website is http://www.grounddynamics.com If you go to body kits then pontiac sunfire the first graphite color one is mine.

Anyways here's what I'd like. Everyone call the company and **** them off with repeated calls, emails... if your in the area rocks would do just fine.

It might be a lot to ask from you guys but I'd appreciate any help I can get. i cannot afford a lawer so this is the last resort. The main concern is that I modified this kit especially the side skirts from www.andysautosport.com (I flared them out to match the bumper) anyways so what the customer see's and gets are two different things. Plus I'm not getting anything which isnt helping

Yep thats exactly what they did. They probably got them from another forum for jbodies that I'm part of. If you try to right click on their pictures of my car it says they are protected by their copyright, how ------ gay is that.

Yes I've tried contacting them, I always get a damn secretary and no response. I've sent emails and filed a complaint with the BBB.

I figured many calls would at least **** them off and maybe they'ed remove it.....

I don't know what you can do about that except sue them in small claims court.

If you have the proof that you took those pictures of YOUR car, you can proove that they copyrighted material that did not belong to them.

I seriously doubt that they have copyrighted anything because they used your pics off the net.

You might be entitled to a portion of their profits on the sales of that body kit.

But before that happened they would remove the pics.

At least ask a lawyer if any laws have been broken by them. If so, then you may be able to get more.

so far, I have left 4 messages and e-mailed then 47 times (just kept pressing send ) I put in the mail that I bought that kit and it looks nothing like the kit in the pic. I told them that there's looked like hell and that was not the kit in the pic. I also told them that They could be sued for false advertisement. I also went on the main website for the car club I'm in and posted a front page bulletin of the bullshit that happened to ya. My crew are also leaving e-mails and messages We got ya back!
