I just put $22 in my tank. You know what? Can't avoid it. We need gasoline and we will buy it. :-\

we wouldn't need it if there were alternatives ::)

but as always, we wait, and wait....and wait some more until we "have" to figure out something. we will pay high and UNNESSECARY prices for petrolium, when we COULD be firguring out ways to keep prices lower, avoid issue and keep the american people happy. but who cares about doing any of that ::) we're gonna sit on our hands, and wait til we're "damn near fucked" as alfaaay put it, and maybe then we'll conjure up something to solve a major issue that could have been kept a "minor" issue were we to actually become a proactive country.

lol i appreciate my counrty and my freedom, but that doesn't mean i can't be disgusted by it either. :-\

acually.

if you figure in the cost of switching everything to your other magic "power source" it'll cost 100000000000x more than contuing to use oil/gasoline.

supply/demand

when it becomes less costful and more profitable to use "other sources" we will. as of right now. its easier and less costly to use oil/gasoline

i'm not saying that as of tomorrow the entire US has to start using the "new" gas. ::) but it SHOULD be put into affect instead of just sitting around, pissing people off over the steady rise of gas prices, the continued use of a limited resource etc. etc. *shrug*

just my opinion though. ;)
