deesnutz: and i called last thursday and was told i would have a tracking number
deesnutz: in my email in 24 hours
deesnutz: and i did not get one
deesnutz: then i emailed back this tuesday and said i still had not gotten a tracking number
deesnutz: and noone replied

Joe: this is the only number we have and this is our Sales number

deesnutz: this is by far the worst service i have ever gotten from any company i have dealt with

deesnutz: its the fact that i have called/emailed 20 times and have gotten absolutely no answers or assistance

---- happens and orders get delayed sometimes. From that conversation it seems they did all they could, you can't always get results instantly when you talk to customer service. Wait a week like he said.
I know, you've already waited a few weeks. Give it some time. I know it's not your fault and you aren't happy, but you can't do anything else about it right now.

There's a rash of no name websites out there that put a fancy picture up on thier site, and all the orders are drop shipped from the actual owners of the parts. It's not a completely bad system, but it's easy to ---- up and the fly by night websites are good at it.
I recently ordered a pretty uncommon part recently because I had heard the manufacturer can take 6 months to make them. I just wanted to see how long it would take, but it showed a week later uneventful. Drop shipped as well.
