Ive got an electric onroad car that does gps confirmed 65, but is gear easily for 80. If you are done with break in you might want to lean out the mid range needle on the carburetor slide. That will take some of the boggyness away. And maybe change your glow plug as well because when it's running rich during break-in, that rich fuel mixture likes to foul out plugs.
