well i didn't just gut all the stuff you normally think of. i took out all the small stuff too.
and i had a carbonfiber hood. a cheap one that weighed about 5lbs with hood pins on it.

i took out the hood latch, windshield washer stuff, all emission stuff, a bunch of little things i can't think of right now.
the next thing i was gonna do is get rid of all the electrical wires i didn't need. i've heard that there is a good 15lbs of wires you don't need.

no one believed me that all that ---- weighted that much so i had my friend (b16 crx) go get his car weighted and i didn't think it was gonna be 400lbs heavier. i though he might have been in the car when they weighed it...

other people like to talk ---- about it being dangerous. they said that not having a dash would be bad in an accident. i had racing seats in it so no one is gonna be hitting the fire wall or anything like that.

we both had 90 hf crxs
and if you are gonna pull up the stock weight of crxs to try to call bs on me then i'll try to find the pic i took of his weight slip.

I showed my dad my B16 10psi open down pipe. 30-120mph. All he said is "don't kill yourself and watch out for police O0"
