Just might add my .02 since i have owned most 4th gen civic (CRX, hatch, Sedan...ALL had B series swap)
and i have owned 87 teg, 92 teg, 94 gsr & 96 LS tegs...

i have driven the ITR multiple times but never bought/owned one.

------------------------
The CRX is a fun car, it's far from heavy, it's responsive, and it has alot of potential, But it's the type of car i wouldn't own by itself, I will have to have another car for everyday praticality. I cant stand not being able to do things with the limited space. Only thing i use to luv about my REX was when i was parking in NYC manhattan, it was small and can fit in tight spots.

------------------------
The integras (even the G2 tegs) are my favorite of both, they are heavier but not heavy enough to hinder performance, i have seen (and done myself) integra all motor VTEC smoke CRX's with B16A swaps. Tegs will always be teg, the bigger brother to the civic, and it's alot more practical, Handling is better in my book, i have autocross both my teg and CRX, and i have pulled faster times with my G2 LS/VTEC teg than my CRX with SIR swap, yet my CRX was faster on the 1/4 mile.

the only car i can say is a cross between both cars in terms of weight, yet still has equal power potential are the civic coupes (whole new story)
---------------------------------------

I luv the REX, but i can't just own a REX alone, maybe in High school/college days. The integra is a great car and if you know you need space, look further than the REX.

I think the way things are at the minute i might go for a teg just for the experience, we suffer with rust a lot over here and finding a CRX that doesnt need work on it is difficult and at the minute i dont have the time to be patching one up. Does this mean i have to go uberdata for the turbo ? Or can i throw in one of my OBDO DOHC ZC engines?

i had a 90 integra with a b16 in it and i lvoed the way it drove/handled.. and now i have a 88 crx hf... with a b16 it is faster but i really don't htink it handles as good becuaes it is way too light... and drifts out on me alot... but if u just want a clean car id get a newere gsr or sumthing... but if u want a fsat car dump like 1 g tops in to a crx shell and build the ****** and have a fst *** car and u can make it handle too if u wanna spend the money cause think of it if u spend a g on a shell 2500 on a swap then like say 2 g's more on whatever that is still about the same price as say a later 90s intera would cost and u have a faster/better handling car....

but it's up to u ...

You'll have to go uberdata, why would you go from OBD1 to OBD0?? OBD1 is so much better.
And a ZC engine in a new teg?? the B-series will walk all over it man. And the ZC would need major work to fit...big no no.

I guess my loyalties lie with turbo edit i suppose.

Why is OBD1 so much better?

the reason for the ZC in the teg is cos i got a few lying around and i'm going to have to go ghetto on it cos i cant afford to be buying a B16

The teg comes with a B18C
So why go to a ZC?

not all tegs come with a b18c, there are 1.6's as well arent there? then the si and the type r . . .

my point is i was gonna get the 1.6 teg and swap the engine with one of my zc's
