Well this kids knows that he will be getting the tranny back if it grinds. Just not handed to him.

thats a pretty decent deal.

to make this easier on you, dont remove the current pedal assembly, just the brake lever, and bold the skinny one in, then add the clutch one. Also, there is a metal round piece that fills the hole the shifter sits in, with some thick rubber boots, go to a junkyard and drill one of those out. they have 4 spot welds. then get those rubber boots too so everything seals up good.

I spent about $600 on my conversion, $300 of it was a tranny i bought tho, i know i overpaid ;)

also, the hanger in the engine bay is different, you can get the MT upper tranny mount hanger from honda for like $35, drill out the old one (more spot welds. then mock up the tranny n stuff and get your location for the hanger set, and weld it in. both upper and lower tranny mounts are not the same, so you'll need those.

wiring is pretty easy...the two big wires on the harness in the console around the shifter need to cross to get the starter to turn, you can wire those to the switch on the back of the clutch pedal, or toggle switch them and hide them, instant hidden starter kill.

all in all the conversion was pretty easy, the hanger on the side is hard to remove if the motor and tranny are in the car. If you want me to take a measurement as to where the new one needs to sit, I can do that as well.
