So after waiting on hold 15 minutes to cancel my cable internet... I call back, talk to another dept, and rip him a new one because his employer sucks ***... so he says "i'll transfer you" and I say "no you won't, not without you getting on the phone with them first" so he warm-transfers me. I'm still on hold. An hour of my time in the toilet. Bullshit. They do this on purpose so you get tired of calling *******

 

Wow, that sounds exactly like my cable *****. I had bad bad thoughts about "getting back" at them. I talked to the biggest, dumbest bitch in the world. After trying to get this dumb ---- to answer my questions for 5 minutes I asked her to get me someone else to talk to and she says there is nobody else and she will have to put me on hold if I want to talk to anybody else. I flipped out and hung up on her. If I had ANY other option for internet service I would be all over it. I ------- hate Cablevision.

The dude that owns Cablevision lives a couple miles from me. My dad catered a 4th of July party for him a couple years ago. Every room of the house has those phones with TVs in them..i told my dad if he knew what was good for him he would of took all of them....
Cable and the internet is a ------- conspiracy the bill at my house for regular cable and cable internet is just over 100 a month. It's horse ----.
