THe escapes, Mercury Mariner, Mazda Tribute, landrover lr2. All have the same basic drivetrain, and the shitty *** CD4E transmission. I dropped the trans in my garage, and it took me about 20hours just to get it out. Then I had to pull the motor just to pull one broken exhaust manifold bolt. Ford quoted me $4500 to replace the trans.
