Re: Boost Controller Software screen shots and some pictures of the case
Maybe I missed the whole introduction thing, but I'm interested to find out (in english) what this might be comparable to (boost controller on the market wise), how much it'll be, and how hard it's going to be to incorporate into any other parts of the car (ecu, ect?)
Everytime someone puts something together in a black box I think I'm going to have to research it for months to figure out how to use it. lol. (much like the first time we heard of a rom editor) :D |

I belive you know hackish, he mentioned placing the controller inside a honda ecu, I did a quick check and it fits. so that could be a real sleeper. If someone wanted that I would cut them a discount because they dont need need the knobs or case which is probably around a 10 dollar savings. The reason the pcb is stretched out is so that it fits the enclosure. The actual pcb could have around 2.4 by 3 or smaller if the serial port and the map sensors are not side by side. the actually pcb is 2.4 by 4.7 so you can see if it will fit in the area. Nick |

Re: Boost Controller Software screen shots and some pictures of the case
Is this going to come all assembled or are you going to do them in kit form? No offense, but I'd rather solder everything myself if possible.

Re: Boost Controller Software screen shots and some pictures of the case
5.25 x 3.3 x 1.25 are the enclosure size

I would need atleast 4 orders and the price for that as a kit would probably be around 180 and prebuilt would be 190 (with HTM discount) It wouldnt come in a case or have knobs. It can only be adjusted via a serial port. This would be for the advanced users, I wouldnt recommend a newbie to get there hands on this. I'm setting up support forum for the hardware so people can share thier configuration files and talk about tuning. It will be located at forum.tullostech.com Nick |
