i would just send him the new center section, customer service, even though you still have yet to find out who's "fault it is" , it doesnt matter becuz if it was his or any of ours would you admit it? most people wouldnt. sucks when things like this happen becuz people only talk about the bad.. you do a good service someone might tell 3-4 people , this happens, ---- always happens there is always that factor, and everyone who has posted or read this thread see's and hears of the bad, so just make it right,.

+1 it takes along time and a ton of work to get a good reputation, and only 1 or 2 bad experiences to bring that reputation down, any business owner here will agree.

no there is 4 bolts that go through the center section and thread into the backing plate. someone with a less then perfect functioning brain might think they are the bolts to losen to rotate it as they do hold the comp housing and backing plate on the center section. for all anyone knows, the OP is said retard and loosened those to try to clock it, realized they werent the right ones and forgot to re tighten them after they loosened the comp housing ones.

Lol awesome. At least he made a solid attempt at trashing a companies name even though they offered him a new center section and it was his fault :1 Blaast you should take a big draft beer and jalapeno induced ---- in a box and mail it to him express post so hopefully it is still somewhat steaming when it gets there.

blaast, i've personally heard you get bitched out, and bitched along with, but in reality, it really wasn't your fault, even if you did leave some steel shot in the turbo, and don't include a disclaimer stating that you don't torque down the bolts. getting buck fever over a turbo installation isn't a reason to blame you when something goes wrong, no matter how much the fuckup is. sure, canada to usa, usa to canada, it's going to take time, but i've shipped usa to usa, and have it take WEEKS to arrive, because osmeone places the box in a corner of a ups truck and forgets about it. i still give you a thumb up, but only one, because you need to be in the usa, not canada.

Quite frankly, when our CDN currency exceeded yours a few weeks ago, I seriously though about moving to USA!

USA is less than an hour drive from here.
When I ship a package out, it's in Champlain NY that same day and the rest of the trip is standard USPS Mail within USA.
I also offer Express service, but it gets expensive depending on the areas so I can't blame people to stick with the cheaper EXPEDITED service. But I won't accept people blaming ME for the slowlyness of THEIR own shipping service in their own country.

About the housing bolts being left untorqued to facilitate clocking of the housings, well, if loose, rattleing brackets is not a clear enough disclaimer about the bolts not being torqued down, just don't get involved with installing a turbocharger! :P
