In order for this to go either way, I would still like to see:
shipping reciepts
proof that Jake tried to sell (with a link) something that hondacrxflyer had in his possession at one time (with a link).
Other than that, I still see both sides unproven, which would lead to a hung jury.
P.S. And I have seen every episode of The FBI Files, so don't ---- with me.

Not taking sides or making waves, just stating my experience with Jake....
I did trade Jake two sets of 450s for a set of rims. Jake was up front about the condition of the rims, and they were completely as described. He even threw in a set of tires, and placed them outside his house for me to pick up since he was going to be gone during the only time I could drive down to pick stuff up. He totally trusted me to come pick up the tires/wheels while he was gone, also trusting me to leave the goods I had promised him.
My dealings with Jake have been exemplary.

when was the date you sold him the dsm injectors? I bought the turbokit from him to do a turbo conversion on my twin cam ZC crx. He only had the turbo and bov, so i needed DSM injectors and AEM camgears to complete my setup. I thought it would be great if i could win the items and ask the sellers to send to jake so he could post everything to me so as to save on postage. I sent him black top 450cc injectors and brand new pair of aem gears in Red. It was around september that i bought the injectors and camgears from ebay. I have prove in paypal reciepts that i specifically instructed the sellers to post them to Jake's address.
If you look at jake's past posts, scroll down and look at the october period. He tried to sell aem tru time camgears pair in red for 120plus dollars posted. A few post later he only asked for 90buck posted. WOW! 90bucks for a pair of AEM gears? Brand new and posted! Red infact! I've been watching the prices of aem gears on ebay for a long time before buying them and no way could i get them any cheaper than 160buck for a pair brand new those days. Dubious?
I don't think i'll need to prove much anymore about my stand. I am not someone who is vicious and want someone down like that. I've thought it over many times before making any accusations. Squaretrade, ebay and paypal has already declared jake as the party in the wrong. They have all emailed him but he didn't reply and has since banned him.
I can get all the reciepts posted up here, but that will reveal his address. Don't think it's a good thing to do now.
Jake, it's quite kind of you to finally reply to me now that i've made it open in the forums. YOu know i helped you get the ECU and exhaust manifold for your car, i paid for them, and after selling the turbo kit to me, collected my money, and despite the fact that i told you i've not recieved the turbokit, you can literally ignore my emails. Never really worried for me. YOu said you will go back to check with the post office, but you never came back to me. YOu just stopped replying. What is this? Don't you feel responsible for any sale you make? If i sold something to someone, and they didnt recieve it, i'll do my best to make sure the problem is resolved. YOu just delayed and delayed and finally just dissappeared! Only here will you reply to me. I have no choice mate, hell, i wouldn't even hear from you if i've not posted anything here.
Once again, if you want to turn back, just send my items to me and i'll be happy. I will put the matter behind me and we'll get on. I never want to do this. It's not good for me nor you.

On the subject of just the mailing of your turbo kit, do you think that the possibility exists that the post office could have lost it, and Jake really sent it? Cause I know I've lost some stuff through them. And if the post office did in fact lose the turbo kit, would you still think that Jake would still be responsible for it?
The other stuff like the cam gears and other parts is still very confusing, and I have no idea what to believe. I just wanted to throw you the above scenerio and see what your take on a situation like that would be.
Jake has personally pm'd me and told me that he really did ship your kit, but after it didn't arrive, he didn't know what to do. Could it be possible that the post office lost it, and what would you like for this to be resolved if that is the case?
Hopefully through more information we can come to a conclusion about all of this stuff. And if you find a post by Jake that you would like to referance to all of us, you can post a link. I'd like to see some of the evidence about the cam gears and the other parts as well. -Steve

rofl, once i see some reciepts or hard eveidence that jake sent it then ill believe him but, like hondacrxflyer said he's a good lier, sounds like a lier to me because all of a sudden after hondacrxflyer says the frauds/cops are involved he tries to cover his ***. Sounds like a big lie to me and what a concidence on the other parts he was trying to sell, gee trying to get rid of some eveidence before the cops come knocking at his door. Im not sayin either is right or wrong lets see some reciepts.
