new car sales is for suckers, your first year you will prob make closer to $25k. after you work at the same dealer for a few years then the $80k+ starts coming in. in new cars return buyers make you money, if they like you they will come back and buy cars from you forever regardless of MSRP, they just want an easy going buying experience. used cars are where its at, not at some POS lot though, dealer only. you actually make a percentage of the sale, not a standard amount like a new car. |

Fortunately I've been in the field long enough and had enough experience that I don't fall into the "worthless" category... lol... If it weren't for sysadmins.. who would maintain your workstations or development environment? Kinda funny, you need us more than we need you... Oh, don't worry, eventually your field will get absorbed by the indians... and more than likely you'll lose your job... either that.. or if you're good enough.. you'll keep your job... and review indian written code for the rest of your career. :) |
