Back to basics, getting in shape
I broke my foot 2 weeks ago and haven't been doing much physical activity. I have been doing like 100-150 push ups daily, and working out with dumbells dailty. I have also cut My food intake in half. So far I have noticed it is helping alot and it reminds me of how easy it is to do little ----. Anyone else with any good quick workouts
