Registration is current.
A non-operational status is on file with the DMV. Fees must be paid before operation to avoid penalties.

well we sold our 70 c10 to some guy here, it was titled and registered in nevada.
he paid about $350 to get it registered in ca. a lot of that was cause of the weight of the truck.
