Its either that or my 350cc two stroke. Or the Bullakart I have parked out front.
The only thing sader than the fact that Im trying to boost this is that it makes 65 BHP stock from the factory.
BTW about the intercooler supose I have a mate with a factory that makes custom Radiators can he build me one. Or are intercoolers that much diffirent from regular radiators. Thing is I can have any size radiator made up for under 20$ here.
Trying to cut down on shipping and customs.
Ps: In Japan they have 600 and 800cc turbo cars.
Now if i was in the US wouldnt even bother. My Bor-inlaw has a sweet Z4.
My next project a 800cc 3 Cylinder Carb engine that makes 45 BHP.

Hmm...that K03 is off an Audi S4, and is internally wastegated. You would need to get the actuator though. I bought a K03 off of E-bay once and when I got it and realized how small it was I re-sold it. It would actually work pretty good for a 1.3l, K03's were originally on 1.8l motors. The nice thing is that they usually don't have any shaft play since they are off a newer motors (maybe less than 50k miles) whereas if you buy say a 14b it's bound to have more than 100k miles on it. You will have to make your own flange though since it would be difficult to find one for that turbo.

Ta matie due to the huge cost on shiping something small would be really trick.
Ive spent the last 3 days hunting all the forums but there dosent seem to be any info out there on a no cooled turbo. Basiclly something which I can use without having to worry about oil or watter plumbing.
Anybody know anything about this.

Although oil cools your turbo, it's primary function is to lubricate. Turbos can spool up to over 100k rpm, and if it's not well-lubricated it will cease up quick.
I met a kid once who though he would be smart and turbo his quad. He didn't want to feed the oil line so he welded up one side, filled it with oil, and the welded the other side so that the oil was encased. It only last a few minutes before the turbo was destroyed.
Don't make the same mistake.
Oh, and as for water lines, they're not necesary.
