any photoshoppers?!

Re:any photoshoppers?!
Well, I'd like to figure out how to basically do what we're doing in this thread. I'm trying to think up different paint schemes for my car (the same car that is in the thread. lol) so that I can figure out what I want.
I know how to use the paintbrush tool, and that's about it. I've taken a funny car before and shaden in all of the little stickers to make it look "blank", but these things you guys are doing makes me believe there is an easier way to go about changing the color of things (cars for example) without having to manually shade in every single reflection and stuff.
Once I learn that I'm going to start asking how white rice cut the back doors off that civic and didn't leave one trace of anything (first page of this thread). I already sent him a pm about it, but since I'm not from So Cal anymore he won't answer me.

Ok, whiterice just pm'd me with this: (just so all of us are learning.)
Wouldn't this mess with the colors of everything in the picture, and not just the car? That's it, I'm opening up the 7.0
A fast and easy way is to adjust the color balance:
after selecting what you want,
go to Image>Adjustments>Color Balance
It's not the best way. You can tell when someone uses that way.
Try fooling around with selective color and replace color also for better results

Re:any photoshoppers?!
Here's the picture I was talking about that I took the stickers off, but big woop.
Now what if I wanted to paint this thing three different colors? Like black on the back section, silver in the middle, and white on the front or something? No blending, just solid color changes? That's what I need to learn
