There you go again trying to equate terrorism to Iraq, they aren't the same thing. At least say, Saddam will never be out of power, but the war has nothing to do with terrorism. Watching the Jeffersons is doing just as much for terrorism as this war is.

oooooh, wow, he was talking tough. You make it sound like Saddam was this little angel giving out free meals in Iraq. Kerry says Iraq wasn't even close to the center of terrorism, but he voted to let the president go to war.

What choice did anyone have at that time...it would have been political suicide to vote any other way.

How many actually voted against letting GW go into Iraq? I dont remember...

I can see where that might happen, but then why would the sound bytes that I posted exist? There's no denying that john kerry said he was a threat and we should do "whatever it takes to disrupt his regim (sp)"

(Exept he didn't have to spell it.)

Say the whole world didn't tell us that saddam had WMD's. Your the President, and after 9/11 you decide your just gonna take out everybody that is a threat to you one by one. Is saddam on that list? Would you feel safer knowing he wasn't doing anything?
Now, 9/11 happens, you go to afganistan. You and the U.N have been trying forever to let the weapons inspectors find out if he has WMD's or not. He denies you repeatedly. Your gonna assume that he's hiding something, right? You, the U.N. and every other country give him and altamatum (sp god, damn it :P) that if he doesn't let the weapons inspectors in next time, he will face military action. He refuses the inspections again, and the whole U.N. wants to give him, "more time".
You've sworn to yourself after 9/11 that your going on the offensive against anyone that you think will harm you (yep, that's called fighting potential TERRORISM). Are you gonna sit around and give him more time? (remember, the weapons inspectors have been fucked with since the end of the first gulf war)
