Newark and Lawrence probably have a larger number of cars stolen, but Kingsport, TN, has a higher per capita.

Jersey city is on there, no lawerance, no Newark....there's Tacoma and Seattle though, that's an old list, it's worse now....

Here's another from 2002 where tacoma and seattle are 9 and 10, I don't know what the new list is, but one year I saw it they were like number 3 and 5...

This is getting good! Just today I spoke with a local guy w/boost and he has the same thieves' description on video. Apparently they tried to Jack his Civic, so he set up the VideoCam, 20min later they were back for more. He has addresses of three of the guys, they live around the same hood. Hmmmm, Should I go pay them a visit at their house?
I think that sounds good. What do you guyz think?

It never hurts to park your car with the steering wheel cranked to one side or the other, more of a deterant when a theif is going to steal it via a tow, but like everything there are ways around it, but if you stack up enough deterants, it becomes too much work, and they move on to an easier target
