Commonly in the bible belt, preachers aren't sworn in when they testify. They are considered above that. If Frank had video proving Preacher Tom was lying, no one would watch it because a preacher is above reproach.

So legal told you your fucked, i still think that any judge in his rite mind will side with the fact that this person B sold you a car with something fucked up ,yes, but it was something that was fucked up that seriously inhibits the car's structural integrity and could result in a death in a crash rather then aparent small ammounts of injury.

Long story short, I bought a car 2 weeks ago, found out over the weekend it bas been wrecked. The front cross member thingy is cracked and its being held together by a piece of wood.
Actually, I believe I did mention what was wrong with the car. I'm over things now. Realized I took one in the *** with no lube. And life lesson number 478728728
never trust a preacher.

what I should do is call the humance socity on his *** for his 10 dogs he has tied up to about everything imagineable outside of his house. Big tractor tire, had a dog tied up to it. Golf cart, had a dog. Old rusted mustang, had a dog tied up to it. you get the picture. All skin and bones, look like they havent had anyone touch them in months.

Call the news. I bet they would love to do a story about how a preacher screwed you over AND his inhumane treatment of animals.

I would probably get 3 estimates to repair the car properly, then sue him in small claims court for the cheapest repair estimate.

Going for the cheapest estimate shows your not trying to break one off in him (in the eyes of the court). Also, pay someone to video the case when it goes to trial, and make sure the preacher knows it's being done, and that you are willing to share the tape with the deacons in his church, and give a testimonial in front of everybody.
