NC is real bad for forgetting to send a salvage title, ive had 2 cars, a CRX (which I wrecked, they never sent the title back) and my 86 Corolla GTS, which I bought knowing it was salvage, but said nowhere on the title it was as such, I sold that car, told the guy it was salvage, and saw it on ebay a few weeks later as a clean title car. I was real damn tempted to turn the guy in...

He sold you an car that he knew was unsafe, and neglected to tell you about it. If nothing was sold "as-is" (got it in writing) then you can sue his *** for attempted manslaughter... okay, maybe not, but it seemed like a good idea.

I remember hearing something in the news about that. Some lady bough a car from shady seller, something in the suspension failed (and he knew about it) and she sued him for all he was worth.

I agree with buk. Go to his sermon, get some jesus, and then praise his righteousness to the members.
