They might not have brought up certain charges at the present time to not give (or lessen) your dads lawyers time to come up with a defense? The judge probly let him out on bail because his chance of flight risk and danger to society is low due to the FBI watching his every move. I just wish they confiscated your computer as evidence....

Take a picture of your dads ------- now...and after he lets you in for a conjugal visit two years from now. Then show it to your friends and explain thats what happens when you support the durka durka foundation.
