They don't let people out on bail just because the judge thinks he's innocent. Guilty or not bail is determined depending on the crime and the risk of flight or danger to the public....not because the judge thinks he's not guilty. If there wasn't any evidence linking him to the crime, if there weren't any doubts he was not guilty, if there wasn't even a minute possibility of him being guilty.....HE WOULDN'T BE GOING TO TRIAL.

a judge wouldnt let him out on bail unless she knew it was.. the fbi IS saying he's a flight risk, and IS saying that he's going to harm more people.
he is the only one of the defendents that was allowed out on bail

theyre is no new evidence since then.. so why didnt they arrest him in the 8 times since then that they did interviews? or the 2 fbi raids since then?
13 years ago? = all those countrys they say my dad was giving money to.. they were already receiving both monetary and arsenal aide from us.... so at the time.. if his money did reach troops.. it was legal.. but his money didnt reach troops... and we have all the proof of where that aide went.. all 12thousand dollars of it

but i dont think they can just add ---- to the indictment can they?
i dont know where the hell they got a jury to indict him on that retarded indictment alone...
ok.. wait a crap.. they changed the indictment when they added padillas name to it didnt they? thats all crap..
so if my dad was indicted on one indictment.. and taken to jail.. and they changed that indictment.. shouldnt the case for indictment be presented before a grand jury again?

I think you're reading your legal dictionary too much. Your dad's up to something, and they're going to find out what the deal is. I'll follow the trial to remind you I'm right when he goes down. And all the whining sympathizers can say I'm an -------. It'll be great, see you there.
