i also had a problem with a iowa pig though he said i spun around a corner and my rear end came around and i smoked the tires!! i pleaded not guilty and took that ---- to court i represented myself and won because everyone knows that a front wheel drive car cant get sideways around a corner unless you use the e brake

Laws must be tough across the border. I've had friends get off plenty of tickets. Pleading guilty to stunting instead of street racing may be an idea. Or excessive acceleration or whatever its called.

I'd dress up nice and go to your court date. You don't need any money to do it(well to take the day off work, and to pay your fines).

i wasn't street racing... everyone is missing that point...
I was drivin up the road after the light turned green... My buddy in the GTO peeled out up the hill... Therefore making it look like i was racing and got my *** kicked by a muscle car... my bov went off, yes, i wasnt driving like a grandma... but if i hit boost, my tires would have been spinning... which they wern't...

GTO makes a smoke show... i'm following the GTO onto the onramp... and suddenly that's street racing i stayed in the same lane as him, and the cop goes around me to pull the GTO over... so they're pulling off, and i keep going... then he about slams me into the guard rail...

Regardless of him almost runnin me off the road... How does a GTO get away w/ a smoke show... and the Honda get charged up the ***.. Why was i put in cuffs for street racing if i was cuffed for streetracing, He should have been cuffed for street racing too... after all.. he was in front of me smokin tire, and had "won" if the cop did see it as street racing.

I DO NOT HAVE A CHARGE AGAINST ME FOR STREET RACING!!!! The cop "let me off" on that one... because he would have had to charge both of us.... How can u just charge one person for street racing? that would be ------ rediculous.

I've been told I went around a 90 degree turn at 50 mph. I'm not sure how I did it on bald (steel showing through) summer tires, but who knows, I was apparently legally drunk too. I think I was .086 and legal limit was .080, I don't remember, but I was barely over. He let my roommate drive home, and he was stumbling more than I was. But whatever.

Same here. My insurance just dropped down to $124/month and I'm stoked. In November it will drop quite a bit more and I'm really looking forward to having a clean record for the first time EVER. I drive like a retard OFF-ROAD to avoid ---- like this. If I do anything stupid on road I make sure it's not something that's going to ---- me over beyond a day in traffic school. 5-9mph over the speed limit is as far as I'm going. My Jeep is AWD and around 4000lbs so even when I do take off from a stoplight like a retard....you can't tell. :P

The whole point to this is that it IS HONDA harrassment. And the cops harrass Honda's b/c there are so many dunb *** KIDS out there ------- it up for the real honda owners. Its the kids with body kits thinking they are bad *** and tearing it up and down the streets. So cops target Honda's with even little mods thinking we are like all the rest of the dumb *** kids. That is prejiduce. It will never end. Whites were prejiduce agaisnt blacks, now its honda's, next it will be against other species from other planets. JUSt the human way. Im in Ca and it sux here... up in Stockton by Sacramento they are sitting on the side of the road waiting for hondas to drive by with a shiny chrome exhaust can and issuing tickets.
