Speeding (50 in a 25)... BULLSHIT... i was in 1st gear in a gsr tranny when he about pulled in front and cut me off an i almost smashed into him.
And Evan in his GTO:
Speeding... 35 in a 25.
WTF?!?!?!? we were side by side... the light turned green.. he peeled out, i just drove and did a blow off valve in 1st gear... Apparently that's drag racing... There was no one flaggin us to go, there was no finish line, and i was in FIRST GEAR... ok, maybe i sped... but no ------ drag racing.
Import gets put in hand cuffs... Domestic gets to sit in his nice warm car in comfort... Import gets charged w/ drag racing... domestic gets blamed for peeling out... WHAT THE ---- IS THAT BULLSHIT?!?!?!
How can i be the only one charged w/ drag racing

Cuffing me, and makin me sit on the side of the road for a half hour freezin my ***** off is IMPORT HARRASEMENT!!!! i should file a lawsuit.
Court date: 5/21/07. I have several witnesses to what ACCTUALLY happened, by cars that were behind me, and Evan driving his GTO to back me up in court. ---- this cop.
Here's the story:
I WAS going to race the 300zx and romp all over him cuz he barely pulled on Evan's GTO... when i pulled on him by CAR LENGTHS... But he bitched out cuz of his "gf" was tired... So evan an i go to the shell an get gas.
When we're leavin the shell, we go to the light to turn around~ Light turns green, He peels out, and i just do a little blow off valve past him in first gear.... And at the top of the hill comin towards us is a Statie... He goes to do a U turn in front of me violently and i almost about SMASH into him!!! what a ------ -------... Evan was on the right lane, i was on the left... So evan didn't see the cop, flicks me off, screamin out the window goin "YEAAAA BITCH" and goes onto the Onramp for Rt. 10... and i follow (very very far behind him...) cuz i was putting my seatbelt on while the female passenger was holding the steering wheel. Evan was way ahead of me... and i was just at the bottom of the ramp w/ the cop no where in sight... i was THIIIIIS close to punching it and loosing both Evan and the cop... but female was screaming not to. Peer pressure damnit.
That was before the cherry's flashed on... Obviously, not drag racing... OBVIOUSLY... But pigs see it differently.
So cruisin @ 60... Cop comes flyin up behind me, turns the lights on, goes AROUND me, and cuts me off... ALMOST RUNNIN ME OFF THE ROAD AGAIN!!!! ---- THIS CRAZY CRACKER *** PIG WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO ------ DRIVE AN AUTOMATIC FULLSIZE CAR TO SAVE HIS LIFE!!
so he cuts me off and gets behind Evan in the GTO whom i was following. So i go to the left around them both cuz they're pulling over... and as soon as i'm next to the cop, he jerks the ------ wheel towards me and ALMOST SMASHES ME AGAIN!!! I'M 3 inches from the barrier, and he's screamin at me to pull over to the other side! ------ confusing cops... So now he has us both pulled over. Evan's in back, then the cop, then i'm in front.
He comes up to the window, i say what's the problem officer?
The guy comes back SCREAMING>>> "Get out of the ------- car and give me your keys right now, Your getting arrested, we are impounding your car, and your never going to see it again!"
He tells me to put my hands on the wall, and slaps the cuffs on me... I'm dumbfounded and don't evan no what to say... so i start mouthing back...
"Officer, what are you talking about?!?! I wasn't street racing!!! Where was i street racing?!?!?!"
He says "It's a criminal offense in the state of rhode island, and you're never going to see your car again."
So i say "Officer, the car has been sold, the buyer hasn't picked the car up yet, it's technically not my car right now!!!"
he says "Do you have the bill of sale?"
I say, No, i sold it on Ebay, the buyer has a plane ticket and is coming tomorrow!
Cop: "Is the car registered to you?"
"Yes"
Cop: "What are you doing up here?"
"Leaving the Mall sir, My friend in that car (gto) and i were just going home, We weren't street racing!!!! I dont know what you saw, but that's bogus!!!"
"Thats up to us to decide... Where are you from?"
" (i state my town) "
"You ever been followed there?"
"what?!"
"Have you ever had the cops following you there"
"What are you talking about sir?"
"Have you ever had any trouble with the police in your town"
"... i pause thinking he's a dumbass with his lingo... "When i was 15, i was charged w/ vandalism? That's irrelevant to this officer, i wasn't streetracing, Give me a ticket for speeding, or wreckless driving, but i WAS NOT STREET RACING!! " (YES I'M yelling at him now)
he walks away, and i proceed to sit on the side of the road in cuffs for STREET RACING... while Evan in the gto sits in his car w/ the heat on while i'm shivering my *** off in cuffs killin my wrists.

So a half hour goes buy, and the guy comes back out and says... "Can your gf drive a stick"... (not my gf, but w/e)...
i say: "Absolutely sir" (tho she can't... she was gunna learn real quick)
so they go back to the car, and i'm still sittin out there freezing my *** off... HARRASEMENT YET?!?!?! why was i in cuffs? why was i on the side of the road for racing?
Why WASN'T evan in cuffs? why wasn't evan on the side of the road with me?!?!?!?! IMPORT HARRASEMENT NOW?!?!?!
So, i get all those ------ tags, and he gets me go for EVERYTHING except exhaust and "drag racing"
THE SPEEDING TICKET IS ------- BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!! He "radared" me at "60" he said, and wrote the ticket for 50... And he radared Evan @ 35...

aND my front plate?!?! It was off because the car is sold... and the bracket was lost... i JUST registered the car and havn't gotten the bracket for it yet.
I didnt care... I was happy i wasn't going to jail, and my car wasn't getting impounded... I didnt get upset until after.
So Cliff notes... Light turns green, GTO peels out, Honda blips the gas and does a blow off valve in 1st gear (zero tire spin)... and almost gets creamed by a retarded Statie not knowin how to drive that almost cuts me off.... COp pulls both of us over... GTO gets speeding ticket, Honda gets FINED UP THE ------ -------... GTO driver sits in his car while Honda driver is put in cuffs and harrassed for 45 minutes on the side of the road.
Anything illegal about this
Come court time, both evan and mines court dates (on different days), we are both goin in suits and ties w/ lawyers and suing the state for harrasement against me for driving an import and being treated unfair and being stereotyped as one of the STREET RACERS of providence! We're going to be witnesses to each other, and we also have more witnesses who were following us and right behind us.
Maybe it's because i had boots, jeans, a Black baseball cap, a Black sweatshirt, and a Black leather jacket on... He thought i looked like a badass trouble maker.... ---- THIS ----!!!!!!!!

after the cop saw us, we went on the onramp (where we were headin anyway, not tryint to loose him) He didnt turn his lights on till he was right behind us.
On the on-ramp, we sped up to 60mph

I need to transfer back to Iowa, ---- providence... Cops were chill out in Iowa, and were acctually interested in the fast cars and imports. (Cuz there wern't any imports around).

reminds me of california. I get pulled over everytime I was on the highway when I was stationed there. some gay *** offenses. modified exhaust, illegal swap, nitrous bottle connected, car too low, factory tint, driving in the car pool lane with only 2 people in the car, stereo too loud, 5mph over the limit. illegal display of speed.
I was in court every week, I won because I am not from cali and I was only stationed there, but I still had to pay $70 court fee everytime. needed to say I was in a car club, and I was the only import in it , so when we cruise, I get pulled out and ticketed. ------- GAY!! I hate that state.
