my mouth also said im contradicting myself, all 4 do it when the pistons are at the top of the cyl, which according to SRP, is the hottest part of the cyl, most room for expansion, there is 0 movement at the bottom of the cyl, which is where the other pistons were when i was messin with them. ;)

I rest my case. the motor is good. the way its suspossed to be -i am still going to replace those bearings because you have to buy a set, and i might as well replace them all since im buying them all and since its already all tore apart...

So the cylinders are smaller at the bottom? ??? Or do the pistons grow as they reach the bottom of the cylinder? Those are some magical pistons you got there! :D

the way srp described to me, the pistons do accually expand at the top of the cyl. -the hottest spot.

I think SRP is trying to sell you blinker fluid. I could see some expansion when it heats up, but not any fluctuation from top to bottom of the cylinder.

Ok, but that wouldn't explain why they were smaller on the bottom and larger at the top when you were cranking the motor by hand........
