My current turbo project is the '97 GST. Yes, I am so much more pleased with this route then going with a POS RS 420a motor and turbing it. With full mods that bitch can only run what the GST/GSX run stock. About to buy a hallman boost controller and really turn up the juice on that little T25.

I forgot to meantion that my car will never rust since the oil from the feed pretty much coated the entire underside of car.

ANd BTW, THANK GOD the e-mail notifcation is bad, I was really getting sick of searching through threads to see which ones I "remember" posting on to see replies.

I ghetto'd up Ic piping the first time around too, but that's kinda an easy fix, I was sssooo ready to get the car running ( it hadn't run for about 6months even before the turbo, stupid OBD1 crap, PM6 ).

Ghetto piping is "ok" for the first "while", but sooner or later you WILL get tired of chasing IC leaks ( depending on level of ghetto ).

Anyway, I've always been a "drag race guy" but a light turbo civic that has torque at super low rpms has me looking into autocross.

LSD sold seperatly, toyo proxes sold seperatly, brade upgrades sold sereratly, but all are needed.

My wrxturbo/starion IC makes such great power, I can't even imagine the same engine with a .60/.63 T3 !!! ( ask "racingskittle" ).

The greddy turbo in my friends HF/Si crx is weaker then my ghetto setup in a full weight DX hatch.

I would've saved up the extra cash and gotten a FMIC. I have a SMIC now, but I still love my setup.

The only other thing would be a real manifold and external wastegate. I'm using the STD manifold/adapter plate and had to hack the ---- out of my internal wastegate to fit. It works, but I feel funny about it failing...

I run a T3/T4 in my 95' GSR civic coupe. I'm happy with my set up but ran into problems with my BOV. I JB welded it to the chargepipe--BAD!BAD!BAD!. Get the ---- welded once and you don't have to worry about later. ---- JB weld--That ---- sucks. Also, spend some money on oil lines and clock that freakin turbo the right way the first time so you don't have to take the whole ---- apart later 'cause your turbo is smoking since the oil can't flow well to the oil pan( been there, done that--not fun).
