ZC Turbo Plugs

Im working on installing my turbo on my ZC, I currently have Zex plugs but have read some bad stuff about them. What does everyone reccomend? I have IK22's also, would they be colder than stock plugs?

look in the FAQ for the step colder plugs, pretty soon I'm guessing there will be a section on butt plugs too, seeing as how quadnie is the mod of this forum and all.
