JG Fab Manifol
Turbosmart wastegate
Garrett t3/t4 57trim
ross piston
eagle h beams
zex 10300 cam
zex valve springs

There is more just don't feel like boring you. Have and edelbrock intake manifold on the way. Does anyone have an idea on the rust, hit a puddle and did that immediatly. Talked to Geoff from full race and he said he could put something on the manifold, downpipe, and turbo for 100

The original setup on the car was a greddy kit. The turbo was just rebuilt and every once in awhile I blow a little bit of smoke. I know my oil feed line is way to big, do you think an oil restrictor wil help the problem. I've used about 1/2quart of oil in 400 miles. Did a leak down and compression test to make sure everything was fine and all is good.

A restrictor is ALWAYS necessary. If you don't stick one on soon, you're going to end up having that turbo rebuilt again.

Thanks for the info, that was always what I thought. Everyone on honda-tech is telling me to only do it on a ball bearing turbo. Dsms dont use one blah blah blah. I have one on the way, dont want to wait for it to get here. Anyone have any idea on how to make one from home depot??

it's the opposite way around actually. The gt BB turbos have the restrictor built in.

Thats what I thought, but I had a gt28r and there wasnt a built in restrictor. When I tallked to Garrett they said that was only on GT30 and bigger. Anyone have an idea on homemade oil restrictor

DSM's don't use a restrictor for 2 reasons...A. the oil feed line is small diameter, and B. the oil feed line comes off the side of the head where it sees around 40psi or so of oil pressure at best.

As for a homemade restrictor, I made one out of a home depot water line needle valve...one of the ones that connects your ice maker to a main water line.
