I just took out my plugs, they do look as it was runnin a thouch heat but they also showed some little marks (like the marks you get when you let the poles of a accupack or accu charger spark....little pits..like 1 or 2 on the plug. So detonation did problably occur. (pics below, hard to see though)

I now know how it sounds as my brother showed me with his porsche (advanced the timing like a lunatic and let it detonate). I understand its different on every car, the porsche has a irritating rattle and holds in, and his old car was like pistons went tru the bonnet as he discribed.

about getting rid of every noise...well its a superstiff, lowered crx, polyutherane motormounts (verything vibrates)..the dash is valling apart......getting rid of every noise is just almost impossible.

I looked at my ign maps, they do look pretty agressive i think so i made some of my own (took my stock ign map and retarded it -,7 per pound of boost.
I have no clue what the other was set at but i was told it would be a concervative dyno tuned ign map.

The bottom one is the one i used, the top one is the one i just made.
What do you guys think ?

btw what is wrong with a gap of 0.75mm (0.029-0.030 inch) ? Thats what i mosly read overhere
