ok so I've been helping my friend put on his "bolt on, AC compatible, turbo kit" from XS power. lol AKA peice of ----. so now that ive rewelded the damn down pipe, torn out all of the AC system, and made multiple trips to lowes and ---- to to get the right fittings......the god damn things on the car, in a sense. the turbo is a TD05 i think, oil only

well Brandon had plumed the oil lines in while i had done pretty much everything else.well we got it running so he was happy.well he called me last night to tell me he put them on backwards, because retard rotated the compressor and forgot that the oil fiiting turned to. lol.Oh, he figured this out becuase he was blowing smoke out of his exhaust, and he had oil all in his intercooler, so i figured the turbo probably leaking like a sieve.lol i told him to ratate it back and id help him redo the IC piping. well i left the shop to go hhome and he calls me thiry minutes later and says he stared the car and all his oil dumped out of the downpipe. so my guess is that the seals in the turbo are fucked because he had drivin it all fucked up like that for a couple days.

whats your guys opions on this?

if nothing else thought youd get a laugh out of this, i know i have.

 

he might be able to salvage it. But he needs an oil restrictor NOW. Throw that on (start at half way, and drive it for a while), and then re-clock the turbo and make the nicest oil return possible. With all that done it shouldn't smoke. And if it does, it's because it's ssauto

 

at least he has an SS incredi-chrome to trash
