How is your crankcase ventilation? If you have pressure build up in there, you will force oil out of the turbo. A valve cover breather fixed my similar troubles (after I already rebuilt turbos, put in small feed lines, reclocked-all of which did not work!!!)

sounds like the seals to me. I doubt the return line would be backed up. It looks big enough and there are no kinks.

Try one of those razu stealthmode oil restrictors, also you need to get a dumptube on that thing ASAP! ---- at WOT your exhaust is dumping right into your compressor inlet, thats going to make the car run like ---- at wot.

Also, the oil return it is on TOP of the pan correct? the pic looks like it.. just wanted to make sure.

I'm assuming thats a Turbonetics turbo? which model?
