I've always had oil coming out and through my piping. I thought it was because the return was angled bad, so i fixed that. Still i have oil coming out the compressor side. WTF is going on?I tightened my bolts and everything. my intercooler prolly has hella oil in it now. Is there too much oil pressure? Do i need new seals? Is this slowing me down. I have no shaft play either.

What could possibly be the problem?

the Drain, you can see oil but coming from where?

 

Most likely blown seals. If your return line is big enough and not at a fucked up angle it's probably the turbo.

Maybe your oil feed needs a little teflon tape, and the return gasket could be leaking Make sure the bolts are tight and the clamp is on tight. You must have one hell of an exhaust leak

 

Already have teflon tape on. maybe the return can be leaking. but does that explain why theres oil coming out of my compressor housing into my piping? And whats an exhaust leak have to do with this??

 

you need to put a pressure gauge inline to the turbo and adjust accordingly... 30psi max @ WOT or the pressure will blow out your seals

 

So its gotta be the seals?? anyone know where to find cheap seals?

 

make sure that filter is still good, they get dirty fast, take it off and maybe put a screen and see if that helps

 

Like he said, check the pressure, I herd that some turbos can handle more pressure then that depending on the turbo.
