would a t3 (.42/.48) do a 2004 civic ex good?

I have yet to see a d17 get past like 15 and that's with a small turbo would probably be equivalent to 10 or 12 psi on a t3. Working to the D17 will give you some experience thou You'll encounter more problems on them that you would on a d15, 16 or zc

how so? and by 15 you mean in the 1/4 mile?
